No Unauthorized Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any images or content from this site for commercial purposes without express written permission from the artist.
AI Protection: The artist expressly prohibits the use of any content from this site for the purpose of training or developing artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models.
Ownership of Artistic Works & CommissionsCopyright Retention: Purchase of an original painting or print does not transfer copyright to the buyer. Nicole Myers McMains Art Studio LLC retains all rights to all artwork created, including the right to produce and sell reproductions (prints) of any piece.
Commissioned Works: Unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in a separate written contract, the artist retains the sole intellectual property rights to all commissioned works. This includes the right to display images of the work in portfolios, social media, and to offer the work as a print or reproduction in the future.
Commercial Use: Commercial reproduction rights are not included with any purchase and must be negotiated via a separate licensing agreement.
