Shipping
Original Art: Professionally packaged and shipped within 5–10 business days.
Hand-Embellished Prints: These are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for professional printing, hand-embellishment, and studio drying time.
Watercolor Prints: Please allow 2 weeks for production and shipping.
Method: All art is shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking. Original works are also shipped with insurance. Large originals and special rush requests may require a custom shipping quote.
Packaging: Smaller works 24×36 are shipped flat. Larger works and non stretched canvases are shipping in shipping tubes and will include instructions on how to open and frame.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all artwork descriptions and sizes carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take every precaution to package your art securely, we understand that issues can occur during transit. If you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt at inquiries@nicolemyersmcmains.com.
